ELVORA APPAREL is a brand operated by YIKE CLOTHING LLC. References to “ELVORA APPAREL,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean YIKE CLOTHING LLC unless otherwise stated.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with security, malware, payment abuse, false information, or any activity that violates law or other customers' use of the site.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, materials, sizes, colors, images, prices, and availability.
Colors may vary slightly because of device display settings and lighting. Product images are for illustration and may not show every stitch or dye-lot variation of an individual item.
Availability
Availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable item.
Prices
Product prices are shown on the product page. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may refuse or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate legal or business reasons.
If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Returns and Refunds

Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or color. Email support@elvoraapparel.com before sending an exchange.
Intellectual Property
The ELVORA APPAREL name, logo, website design, product photography, and original written content are owned by or licensed to YIKE CLOTHING LLC. You may not copy or commercially use this content without authorization.
Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, security, and hosting services. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
