ELVORA APPAREL is operated by YIKE CLOTHING LLC. We are committed to providing clear and reliable shipping information for every order placed through elvoraapparel.com.

1. Shipping Area

ELVORA APPAREL currently ships orders within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized.

Orders are generally processed Monday through Friday, excluding applicable U.S. holidays.

The processing period begins after successful payment authorization and order confirmation.

During periods of unusually high order volume, promotional events, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take longer than usual.

If a significant processing delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers.

3. Delivery Time

After an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery estimates are provided for general guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer completes the purchase.

Customers will have the opportunity to review the order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, before submitting the order.

5. Shipping Confirmation

Once an order has been shipped, customers may receive a shipping confirmation by email.

When tracking information is available, it may be included in the shipping confirmation.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives and scans the package.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your delivery area and, where appropriate, with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier.
