We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent in the shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take time to become active after the carrier first scans the package.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. See the Return & Refund Policy.
Is return shipping free?
Yes, for eligible U.S. returns. Email support@elvoraapparel.com before sending anything back. We will provide the authorized return instructions and prepaid label.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, for another available size or color. Exchanges depend on stock.
What condition is required for a return?
Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in reasonably original condition, and returned within 30 days after delivery. Original tags should remain attached when they were included.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Email support@elvoraapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection. The bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, use the return process.
